Over a 6 month period, Logicorps reconstructed the website’s administrative back-end to a newer open-source platform that provided the DMCVB greater control over the website and its content. The new system also provides administrative control over when and what content appears on the site. We also integrated the website with web-service provided data from the DMCVB network. Working with the website required experience in web programming languages and platforms (HTML, JavaScript, Actionscript, PHP, ASP, MySQL).
Logicorps project roles included:
- Completed the “D” re-branding initiative
- Added RSS news feeds pages
- Added Flash “Shopping in the D” animated advertisements
- New versions of region Destination page layouts
