Support Services

Helpdesk support services are the "first responders" to any critical information technology situation.  Logicorps support services are unlimited and Logicorps remote engineers, in addition to user support, perform crucial system set up, administration, upgrades, and expansion tasks.

Remote Support includes

End-User Support
Provide immediate technical support for any IT related cases by advising and assisting users with daily operations.
Problem Identification and Resolution
Identify and correct server operating system and application sofware while providing alternative solutions where necessary.
System Automation
Write scripts to automate necessary procedures such as backup applications, spyware removal, malware removal, etc.
System Optimization
Provide basic system optimization inclucing disk management, space and memory allocation, and operating system enhancements.
User Account Administration
Setup and configure new user accounts, remove old accounts, and update existing information.
Backup Management
Schedule and monitor backup operations and perfom file restoration.
Software Installation and Maintenance
Install and test any licensed software, updates, releases, and patches provided by Logicorps and/or third parties.
License Management
Track and maintain all software license keys and certificats.

Onsite Support services include:

Desktop/Laptop Installation
Install and configure new desktop/laptop systems purchased from Logicorps.
Hardware Maintenance
Diagnosis and repair of defective hardware by replacing parts (non-warrantied parts may incur additional cost); and installation of hardware upgrades.
Software Installation and Maintenance
Install and test any licensed software, updates, releases, and patches provided by Logicorps and/or third partis that cannot be completed remotely.
